Scroll Gently Down.
Down.. yup.. down.. a bit More.. Yup.. WOAH..!!
Back up a Bit tut Drawing Title. Look for "Windows Animation Scale”
Change from... x1 .. to .. Off .. @All three Settings..... ^_^

Most Noticable on Older... Fones/Boxes/Tablets

Term hack may differ and scare some people.More appropriate would be edit developer options and turn OFF animation effects.
Performance will always be most noticed in gaming however i would rather advise to install software such as android assistant and often close the non needed apps so you could free RAM memory and kill apps on startup that are not needed.
