I have recently purchased Two M5 Droidboxes, one of them works great , however, the other keeps "freezing" for no apparent reason. It can freeze even just viewing the main menu or sometimes when I am using Kodi. The only way it works after freezing is to switch it off with the remote and start again as none of the other functions on the remote will operate when it freezes!
Does anybody have any idea on how to resolve this problem? I have tried Factory reset, re-installing DBMC, clearing cache, and I have also updated the firmware. I am just at a loss at what to do next.
