bar how do you get menu bar up in xbmc on t8. Tried arrow swipe up on bottom of screen but no show

I've not got a T8 yet (back in Britain in a couple of weeks). Can you look for Settings or MBox Settings in the list of shortcuts or all installed apps. From there, try the second or third tab (if it is a colourful interface, rather than the default Android black and white one) and look for an option about hiding the bar. Try flipping it and see if that enables it to appear.
Hmm, maybe try https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.tsorn.FullScreen&hl=en I think you can set hotspots on the screen to make the bar come up?
