Unless you're certain they are the same voltage, same polarity and the plug is physically close enough.
Which device do you own? Quite a few have had MX printed on the case. Check https://droidbox.co.uk/blog/how-to-access-your-droidboxs-recovery-menu/ and https://droidbox.co.uk/choose-your-droidbox.html to identify your exact model, and look at your original receipt/invoice/e-mails, that should help us.
