Mxq box just went off and says no signal help please

Hi can anyone help I have just got a mx android box but can't get it to come on blue light on but says no signal? Had no trouble with my other box. My daughter was watching YouTube and it just went off and wouldn't come back on, please help. Also the reset button on the AV doesn't seem to work. Thanks in advance

No signal will refer to your Internet connection. Make sure the network settings are the same as how you have it connected to your router.

Beyond that you'll need to contact your supplier as this forum is geared towards droidbox.co.uk boxes....which isn't mxq boxes
