Looked through all posts that might be able to help but no joy
I've gone into Hola and changed netflix to UK
when signing into netflix I then get an error message of
please make sure your device has network connectivity and the date and time settings are accurate (-3 )
Internet ok and I have changed time settings to UK and tried it as GMT -3
Works ok on the laptop so what am I doing wrong please ???

Hi

Can you please check if you are connected to the internet properly.

You can do that by going into the app list(6 dots icon on the homescreen) and going to the speed test app.

Once you open speed test app please click on begin test and message the results here.

Also if you are outside of the UK you will need to run VPN in order to get netflix to work!

upload is 11.46Mps
Set Hola unblocker for Netflix to UK
did the same for the laptop and works fine but just won't log on

Can't see what the problem is
Please help ;))

If it displays that country is supported then its fine,if it would not log in,please check your log in details.

Just in case you can do factory reset and try all over again!

In order to do factory reset on your box from android please follow next:

go to settings>other>more settings>backup and reset>factory reset and confirm
OR
go to settings>backup and reset>factory reset and confirm
