I have just purchased a new T8 box fully loaded, plugged it in and it's not working, there is no LED display and all I have a low red flickering light which sometimes changes to a low flashing blue on. Ive tried different TV's different HDMI cables, different HDMI ports and nothing works. Help!

Sounds a lot like a power supply issue. All the devices and their PSUs are tested in the office prior to dispatch, apologies for the inconvenience.
