New update now no 5g wifi

Hi I have updated to the latest android 6.0.1 and now have lost my 5G wifi connection I can't connect to 5G or 5G ac wifi it just showes 2.5G wifi connection ? This is on android and libreelec too

Are any other wifi connected devices seeing the 5g signal?
Maybe try rebooting the router?

Yehh I'm connected to the router with my iPhone and partners and ipad all working fine just seems like it won't see the 5G band?

Does the box have line of sight to the router?

Yes as I say it was working fine before I updated the box it hasn't been move just updated

Log on to your router and try different 5g channels. Experiment until you find one that (hopefully) works.

@Nufc4life82 If you get a spare moment and don't mind, could you let us know the 5GHz channel that couldn't be seen? I'd like to keep a record of it in case we see it crop up elsewhere as well.
