Come on well try another speedtester also you have a browser use that go online and use ones available, I also have since went into my router advanced settings customise my wireless network settings and labeled my router names from talktalk xxx to talktalk 5g so I know what speed .

Wireless bands

Wireless devices will automatically use the most appropriate band, so you do not normally need to change these settings.

Wireless frequency bands:

2.4 GHz
Most wireless devices, such as mobile phones and laptop computers, work with 2.4 GHz wireless.

Wireless 2.4 GHz SSID:
5 GHz
5 GHz wireless devices will perform better if you have the 5 GHz wireless enabled and connected.

so when I go to connect to my wireless I now know and have a choice to which one I am connecting to either talktalk xxx2.4 GHz or talktalkxxx5 GHz.

now connecting at 24.3 Mbps
