Open elec reboot issues

Hi guys
Sorry if this question has already been answered but i cant find an answer my t8s plus works great in android and used to in open elec but now when i boot in open elec ot just keeps crashing and rebooting every 10 to 20 seconds is there something in the settings causing this has anyone experienced the same problem?

Are you able to get to Program Add-ons>OpenELEC Config>scroll down on the right and reset OpenELEC to defaults? (Please excuse the delay with this response.)
If you're able to get to that option and clear OpenELEC, can you try using a different Wizard this time. If you didn't use a Wizard in OpenELEC previously, could you try installing a few of your preferred video add-ons at a time, see if one of them is causing an issue?
