OTA Update

Hi, just wondering if anyone else has come across this problem. I have tried updating the OTA but when I click check for updates it says unable to connect to server. Does anyone know what this problem copuld be. It is connected to WIFI and I'm pretty sure it hasn't already been updated.

When you open the OTA app, it should mention some numbers (a date), can you let us know what it shows there, and we can compare with our own models to see if there is an update waiting.

I got "Error communicaing with server" is it down ??

The update server may have been offline. Try it again at different times.
