Please help

Hi there,

IWe've been trying to watch paddington and a few other films and we seem to get the message 'playback failed. One or more items failed to play. Check the log file for details' can you explain what that means and if we have something wrong with the box? We can see a list of uploads but it doesn't want to play the film. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try using another source, (app) the links are broken, search for go movies in video add ons or any others such as Phoenix or istream
