I have just bought a GPD Win 3 from your online store.

it comes with a usb 3 cable to charge the machine but i can’t get it to charge battery percentage going down but there is no way I can get this thing to charge. Tried other usb 3 cables and nothing...

any suggestions please before I am left with a brick would be fantastic

Does it show that anything is connected to the device when you charge it?

Have you tried using a proper charger? (I think you need like a 60W charger at the minimum)
