power button not working

Hi power button not working on x7 box, so can't even turn it on, power button has never worked on remote control. Any ideas.

New remote controller would be great way to test if box has only broken power button or its broken completely.

1-Can you please check light indicators:
-RED LIGHT-power is ON but box is OFF
-BLUE LIGHT-box is ON

2-Are you using original power supply that came with the box?Can you please check power cord/jack that you are using?

3-Sometimes TV can cause the problems in displaying image,so if you could check hdmi source settings in TV that you used to assign to port that you are using for the box ?

When you check these above can you please write us back with replies!

Yes red light is on. It is original power lead. Checked source. Support team have asked me to return box.

Hi I am having same problem -no power ony my X7 just under 1 year old, worked fine yesterday, fault possibly?
