Problem sending addon log file

Hi Guys,

Having problems with a video addon, Castaway. When attempting to open a link I get a message...
"Error ... please see log file", but when running Log Viewer the page is blank.
I Googled the error message and the error file path is:

Storage/emulated /0/Android/data/uk.droidbox.dbmc/files/.dbmc/temp/dbmc.log

On checking the file path through my browser I can only get as far as:

Storage/emulated /0/Android/data/uk.droidbox.dbmc/files/

Does this mean the log files on my machine are not getting recorded?
If anyone could help, I would be really grateful.

No, just that in Android, if a directory starts with a full stop . then it is hidden. If you're using ES File Explorer, expand the TOOLS menu on the left hand side, then turn ON the SHOW HIDDEN FILES or similarly named option. You can now continue to navigate through the rest of the path.

I've emailed it to myself but I'm finding it difficult to make sense of it!

If you end up uploading the log file anywhere (for assistance from log gurus) open the file in notepad/preferred text editor and remove any username/passwords/sensitive info that may be present if you use any subscription services etc.
