Q7 not working

my box is not working... When i turn it on the screen comes up with the droidbox starting pic then it changes to the reboot pic with the blue cross then the screen either goes blank or just goes back to the droidbox starting picture... Whats wrong with it!

And its getting very hot when plugged in

Can you try a factory reset - https://droidbox.co.uk/how-to/accessing-your-droidboxs-recovery-menu/ - just in case this helps.

If not, and the device is within the warranty period still, shoot us an e-mail with your order ID (see my signature for details) please.
