Q7 problems

Hi
Couldn't get any streams to work on my Q7, so followed a previous post on here for factory reset. Droidbox Wizard is there, but when I click it comes up with message saying 'script failed'. Any ideas what I can do?

Can you open a browser app on your device (outside of XBMC) and check if websites load OK? If not, double check your WiFi settings or network cable, depending which you use to connect to your home's network.

I am having the exact same problem. I can open an external webiste.

Thanks for the reply SilentlyScreaming. I done a factory reset, installed Config Wizard, Droidbox Wizard and it then worked. Cheers

@Jeffrey Potts - I checked the wizard this morning and the packs seemed to work OK. Can you see if wiping XBMC's data helps - see https://droidbox.co.uk/blog/wizard-updated-2015-january/ for the link. If it doesn't we can try a factory reset.
