Q7 willn not start up

Hello everybody I`m a bit of a new starter on this type of equipment so any help is much appreciated.
When I turn on the Q7 all I get are the 4 flashing circles , I have tried to do a full reset via the button on the side
but all that happens is the android fella comes on then goes straight back to the 4 flashing circles .

Sometimes when you do a full reset this can happen, it can take sometime for it to reboot. Just leave it for around 30 mins see what happens then. If it stays the same I would then use the live chat function on our main site. The link is on the 1st page of this forum and then the greenish box in the corner witch has message or chat in. Not sure if anyone is there now, so try in the morning...good luck and hope you get it sorted.

Thanks for getting back in touch, tried another factory reset and left the box for over an hour , still no joy will try the live chat when i get the chance.
