SD CARD

Hi all,
When trying to backup kodi to an sd card I just get an error message but on my daughters mini the backup works great, I can however backup to external memory and then copy that too an sd card and it works fine.

Any ideas on how to fix it.

Can you run us through exactly what you do for each step of the backup process (opened Kodi, opened ABC add-on/opened other Android app, clicked on XYZ, error message stated "SD card not accessible"/"error 11104221"). We'll see if we can replicate the issue and find a solution.
