Wondering if anyone else is having this problem you can do a search and it will sit there working (twirling arrow) and only way to get out of it is to reboot, should i dump the droidbox xbmc and install xbmc 13.2 and if i should how do i do this???. thanks in advance

Which device do you have, and which skin is in use in XBMC? (System>Settings>Appearance>Skin)
I'll try to replicate your setup and see what the issue might be. I'm assuming you've run our DroidBOX Wizard in the past - any other add-ons you've installed yourself (just so I can try to match your config closely)?
