setting VPN

When trying to set up VPN I got the message: You need to set lock screen PIN or password Before you can use credential storage.

What that does mean and what shall I do?

Once I have set a VPN, when I switch off the X7 I also lose my VPN settings. Is there any way to fix it so I do not have to set it everytime I start the Box?

Is this a manual VPN connection, or a VPN-based Android app?
Can you check the bottom of your X7 and look for a label there? I'll see if I have an identical version to test with.

it could be a vpn issue or your device doesnt support vpn
