Shipped Wrong Power Supply?

Hi,

I am from Canada.

I received my Droidbox T8-S Plus V2.0 32GM in the mail today, but it was shipped with a power adapter that doesn't fit the droidbox and the power specifications do not match. The power adapter is Model: AL-520WB.

- DroidBox: 5V and 3A
- Adapter: 5V and 2A

Did anyone else have this experience? And is there a customer service email that I contact to get my issue resolved?
