SPMC lost, HELP!!

I was wondering if someone can help me.

I have just got the cyclone android x and everything was fine for he first few days, the wife loved using the SPMC rather than KODI as it had everything she liked from movies to concerts etc.

For some reason; don't know how I did it, but I deleted it from the box and when I downloaded the SPMC again, there is no longer all the content which was there before... just blank titles along middle of the screen music, movies etc...

I am not tech savvy, would someone be able to help please? Would be much appreciated.

Sounds like you had a wizard installed. The common wizard in use seems to be wookie:

Not sure on that type of box though, you might want to install wookie lite as it's designed for low powered devices. I'm not saying your box is low powered but not sure on its specs...
