Hi, Can anybody help & have any suggestions why our M8 box only streams at night? We have a good internet speed & internet works on everything else. Thanks

Have you done speed tests on the box itself? Ookla speed test from google play store.

No, will try this. I have however plugged another brand new box in & thats not downloading anything either? It was working up until few weeks ago?

If Sky is your ISP, the most likely culprit is a parental block that has operating hours - when the kids aren't around, all comms are let through, when it thinks kids will be at home, it blocks sites.
If your ISP isn't Sky, it would still be worth double checking any settings for your ISP account and the modem itself (if it came from the ISP).

Hi, Thank you for your replies. I logged onto our sky account and for some reason the watershed was set at a time, we had not done this but we have taken the watershed off and it works now!!!!!!!
