If you use the superrepo then its been updated, to do this you will need to go to system, then add-ons, then install from zip. Then go to where the superrepo is and reinstall the repo you will have to pick the version or build of Kodi (xbmc) you have say Helix and the install the repo again. After its done go back to system, then add-ons, and go to the new superrepo and go in if there's nothing there just do a refresh. After its done delete the old one.
