T8 s-plus help ethernet problems

I'm getting 40mbps through wifi then I hook up the ethernet cable and I get .06mbps is there a fix for this or should I return the box.

Check in settings whether Ethernet is enabled. Also check Ethernet cable with another device in case it is faulty.
Oh, and try not to duplicate post - it causes confusion with replies.

So it's not the cable I hook the same cable to my laptop and get 70mbps also it's working on my t8 splus but I'm getting .06 when I do the speed test. Any other suggestions thanks for replying

Just forget the speedtest for a minute. Does it actually stream anything. Check a YouTube video in android

It does play YouTube video with the ethernet cable connected and the wifi turned off but it buffered alot

Ok it does sound like there is a problem with the Ethernet connection. I would contact Droidbox on Monday via live chat or send an email to support.
