T8 sound problem

Hi,
I have received my new T8 Box which i purchased from you through ebay ID number: 271307619096 , having tested it for some days now, I noticed sometimes there is no sound and you have to go to the home page and scroll through the apps before the sound comes back, please am I missing a setting or something?
