T8 start up problem

I have recently bought a t8 and having problems setting up, I'm new to these boxes and haven't a clue how to get it up and running, when trying to run wizard and download xmbc t8 addons it just says script failed, read through various threads online and have read it is something to do with supersu, when I have went on supersu it won't open and says I need to upgrade to android 4.3, tried downloading the update but tells me there is a problem, my internet connection is fine as I have downloaded apps such as hd cinema but all else has failed so far and can't seem to find the way to solve it from threads online, please help

If the DroidBOX Wizard add-on is not running, this will be completely unrelated to your device being rooted or not. If you ever install an app that DOES require root access, then e-mail us ( [email protected] ) asking for instructions to root your device.
Regarding the Wizard and XBMC issues, please try first clearing XBMC's data - http://www.droidboxforums.com/threads/resetting-xbmc-to-a-just-installed-state.27/ and then trying the Wizard again - https://droidbox.co.uk/blog/wizard-updated-2015-january/ . If that doesn't help, please let us know who your ISP is.
