T8 STUCK ON BOOT

HI
My box has been stuck on the screen with the android with the little blue circle turning and the led stuck on BOOT
factory resets have made no difference and also just leaving it on for a while or unplugged for a while makes no difference
it is only 3 weeks old
can anyone help with this issue ?

Hi, the only thing now is to use the live chat on our main site, the link is on the front of this forum. Then the greenish box in the bottom corner witch says chat or message. Good luck, there been a few in the past few days.
