T8 won't come back on

i was doing the OTA update on my T8, after the update the box we booting and taking ages to boot, I unplug the box and plug it back, power is back on blue, but box won't come back on, can someone help me, I've sent an email to driodbox and even tried live chat, not getting any response

i think by pulling the plug you might have bricked it

if im right and im not saying i am then no i dont think it will come back on, your best bet is to see what droidbox have to say, they may be able to have it back and do something with it

Droidbox have been busy so if you go to there main site there's a phone number you can call if you don't get a reply.
Sorry to about your T8 it will get sorted.

Couple of time, I've tried calling that number and after awhile they just cut you off, the box is my mate's box, I was just trying to help him do the update and install the new wizard, I'll wait till tomorrow, hopefully it get sorted.

yep i used the online support the other day after I did a firmware update and I was pleasantly surprised even shocked maybe at the quick response and they sorted my problem out within 5 min
