Hi. First post so don't be too harsh. Having problems with newly acquired T8s box / mouse. Setup fine and using. However every time I restart the droidbox the wireless mouse isn't picked up unless I physically remove the USB wifi from a USB slot and then put it back into one of the USB slots. That can't be right surely?. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi, sorry to here, do you have the VIP remote. Turn off your box and then please move the USB to the 1st one by the SD card slot and make sure its right in as far as it can go. Also make sure the batteries are good too long life if poss.
If this doesn't work then might be worth emailing the office using the contact us at the bottom if this page in the blue line.
Did you no you have droidbox share on this box and you can use this as a mouse and a remote with iPhone/ipad and android phone or tablet. Just follow the instuctions on the droidbox share on your box.

Thanks for quick reply. Mouse is the basic 2.4ghz wireless optical one that came with box. Switched off, wifi dongle in 1st USB slot, reboot. Still nothing. New batteries. Nothing. Switch mouse on/off nothing. Tried several times. Again, only way it picks up mouse is to physically remove and reinstall dongle in USB slot. Looks like contact office!!
