Not that i know of. Droidbox may be able to help. You will need to contact them direct via the support email or live chat. But why does your ota updater not work? We need to address that first. Are you getting error messages? What are you seeing?
When did you get your t8s plus? If it is new, it may already have the latest update.

When you reply can you be clear which box you have.
I notice you've posted in the t8s plus section.
I checked a previous question you raised and you posted in the t8s section.
They are different machines and may provide an explanation of what you are seeing.

I can't see an error message and what you've posted says 1.0.4 is available. That is some way out of date at any rate as I think they are up to 1.0.7 now.
Anyway can you try this.
Go into android - settings - apps - find the ota update app and click on it - now clear data and cache.
Go back to the app and click on it. See what happens when you press "tap to install" on the screen you posted.
There will be several cumulative updates so it may take some time and several separate installs.
Good luck.
Come back with progress.
There may be more things to try if it fails again.

I still cant work out what happens when you press the install button - presumably nothing?

One more thing you might try. It is possible the ota app cannot get a data connection, especially if you are using wifi.

Try this.

Click in the top right corner of the OTA app, if you see an option related to WiFi only for downloads, untick it.
If this works and you're asked whether to wipe cache or data as well, select data.

Try it now.

If you are not connected to your router by an ethernet cable i would also recommend that.

Hi

Once data is cleared on OTA updater app please click again onto the OTA updater from the app list and click on search through updates .

Also make sure that you have enough free memory space in order to download and install the update.

Please provide us info on the following.
