I am getting this message on the first boot up of a new box.
Reached the limit number of licences please contact software licensors to purchase again.
What does this mean ?
What should I do next?

Hi

Please do email us at [email protected] and provide us the order ID in order for us to be able to assist you further.

Code request is only required by the DroidBOX Share app and will not affect the box performance in any other way.

Thanks

The message reached the limits of number of licences has now disappeared. After the boot up ES Explorer menu is on the screen it has to be cancel so that you can get to the droidbox home screen. This does not happen on my other two boxes I want to stop the Explorer menu opening.
A explanation on how to use the Explorer menu would be help full.
Thank you

I have uninstalled the ES file Explorer will this be detrimental to the box ? The box will only be used for TV viewing.
Thank you

No. but having a file manager is a good thing. Read reviews and grab another one from google play store.
