Which VPN for g box q2

Hey! I just purchased a g box q2. Does anyone know how to install a VPN on it. I was going to use ipvanish but was a little confused on how to install and run it. Do I need to run the app before I launch kodi or is there an auto setting I can manually put it so it runs when the box starts up? Thanks for the help

Droidbox have produced this video for Droidbox owners. Whether the procedure is generic enough for your box i dont know but you could try it and see.

Kodi addons like icefilms and 1channel are blocked by isps in the uk. If you can reach them on their default web addresses by pointing to say, servers in the US then you'll know its working.

Another check would be to visit https://www.WhatIsMyIP.com/ when the VPN is supposed to be connected - it should report an IP address in the country you selected.
