Why does my T8 Droidbox keep going black..

Can someone please explain to me why the T8 Droidbox will not stop blacking out. One person said it was because the memory needs to be clear, but the memory is low and does it when I just started the box up.
Can I send the box back or can someone help me with this problem, I am lost my mind with this!!!

Did we "speak" earlier today @Badman2020 ? Sounds similar to an issue we had where the last step was to switch off the automatic selection of the HDMI mode, and then setting 1080p at 50 or 60Hz (Sony TV, 40").
If that wasn't you, my apologies!
