Just curious: how come the boxes use KitKat and not the more recent Android M?

Either way, just got my T8 yesterday and loving it. Wish I'd heard about DroidBOX years ago!

All the best!

I suspect we would need more source code to be released by some of the silicon chip's manufacturers to get a working Android M firmware. It will probably come for some models, however right now 4.4 is tried and tested and personally I'm happy to stay away from M for now on my own devices.
