Hi guys first time poster, I am having trouble connecting my Q7 box via the wifi.

Via the settings menu wifi is enabled, but my router is not available on the list.

Once I leave the settings menu and then go back, the wifi has turned off automatically after my initial enabling.

I have tried resetting the box and recovery etc, but faced with the same issue
Any helps or tips that may enable me to rectify the situation.

Hi I have tried all the above and I still have no connection via the Wifi.

Last resort was to set up via my mobile a personal hotpsot, the droid box still wont pick up any network.

After enabling the wifi the box then disables the wifi after leaving the settings menu.

Please make sure that if you are using wifi that ethernet is not ticked and wifi is and reverse.

Also please try to reboot both your box and your modem.
