The Windows 11 situation is still honestly completely vague at this point. Recently Microsoft appear to have gone back on their word on the TPM requirement.

We'll indicate devices are Windows 11 compatible on our storefront if we're able to confirm that they are, if nothing else. I sincerely doubt that the T12 will be though.
Nonetheless, Windows 10 will still be receiving security updates for another 4 years (and even then it won't magically stop working after said date passes). I'm not really in a rush to update myself.

Even if you can install, many may be told their PC isn’t good enough.
