Can anyone help not happy at all brought a brand new box other day t8-se the one with the dual boot of android and libre elec for some reason it wont go pass the first screen so it wont boot onto anything just says press the menu button for android or if not buttons are pressed system will automatically start but nothing happens at all I've don't the clear cashe and factory reset but just still nothing wish I didn't even bother buying this box now can anyone help please

Just to double check, you've carried out all the steps for the factory reset?
If so, can you try temporarily disconnecting any hard drives/USB devices. Just the power cable, HDMI to the TV and use the infrared remote control. Still the same? Does it boot into the other OS if you press the remote's MENU button a few times during boot up?
