Wookie update

On my T8 I'm running Kodi 15.1 with the wookie wizard. I noticed that there is a Wookie update : two new items, Retro Wookie and New Look Wookie. I wonder if I run one of these updates, will my setup be gone (such as added repos and added addons) and do I have to reinstall all of them ?

Since the advice when running a new wookie update is to clear data you will likely lose your existing set up including any addons/repos you have installed yourself.
