Can not get my x7to work all I get is blue x with white circle. What is happening I have pressed the reset on the bottom but still nothing

Sounds like its frozen, try taking the power out then press and hold the reset button, then plug the power back in still holding the reset button. If you get the list up clear cache and reboot.
