X7 went into recovery mode help needed

Hi All,

Was really looking forward to getting going with my new X7 arrived today. Followed the instructions in the guide and got to the XMBC Wizard bit. As the wizard was unpacking the file it had downloaded, my box rebooted and went straight into recovery mode.

Tried turning off and back on
Tried pushing the reset button
Tried selecting reboot
Tried selecting factory reset

Nothing is working I think it needs a new image put on it, but I can't find any downloads on the site.

Any pointers are most welcome!
