Hi I've been using the droidbox x7 for a few months now with not a problem a superb bit of kit but recently I went to use it and it won't turn on, the on button stays on red I've had the power out tried resetting but nothing at all just a blank hdmi screen could anyone help in anyway please

Hi, are you using anything in the USB ports, try powering off then remove all USB devices. Then plug the power back in see if that does anything. If not sorry worth a go sometimes they can have a effect....
Thanks David for the advice but unfortunately this didn't work but was worth a try and I haven't seen anyone else with a similar problem
I heard of a fix but, it involves opening your box, I and I wound not recommend this as it effects your warranty....might have to give the guys on live chat ago...,sorry but it was worth ago.
