I bought the X96 Max because the spec looked good, but it's by far the worst android box/tablet I've ever owned. The home screen is just appalling, how can I make the box work like every other android device? The launcher is horrible, not user friendly at all. I've tried changing the launcher, but the box just keeps falling over. How can I make the X96 Max look and operate like a normal android box, like the T8 for example? Could I put a generic version of android on the box? Thanks.

Changing the launcher should not cause any crashes. Which launchers have you tried? I can check on a X96 Max and see if the results are the same.
