After many recent problems since the password nonsense Chris at customer service did a great job to get me up and running
Today the XBMC app has disappeared. On the main screen the big green logo is still there but when clicked the warning 'app is not installed' comes in screen. I've looked in the apps list under settings and it has gone from there too.

Don't no how this can happen..you might have to a factory reset on your box, but if Chris has been dealing with you, try and catch him on live chat now. I'm not sure whats been up with your box so dont want to cause more priblems, and he's very good at sorting this out to.

You have to go to the main site, the link is on the 1st page of this forum. Click on it and when the page has loaded, its the message box in the bottom right corner. Also remember its only office hours so probably no one there till Monday. Hope you get sorted.
