Hi, have you tried clearing cache, go to android settings then storage>clear cache. After that go back in and xbmc should open in new state. That might work. Have you just installed the new wizard maybe it hasn't installed properly if this doesn't fix it.

Thanks for for the responce l now realise that it is only the icon that has gone l can still select tha add on .Any idea how to get the icons back ? have done the clear cache but no change thanks again Steve

If its only the icon, try uninstalling the repo then reinstall it. That might fix this for you....but if you don't no how to do this let me no.Dave
To uninstall an add-in go to videos click on this...you should get a list of add-ons. Now go to the one the hasn't got a pic, hover over it now press menu, you now get a box come up. Now press add-on information and this will bring a box up, make a note of the (Author)you will need this its important. Now go to uninstall and click ok, this will clear the add-on. Now go to system, click on it click on add-ons then click Get add-ons, now the Author part you need to scroll down until you find the name click on it then click on video add-ons and look for the one you unstalled and reinstall it. Please before you do this do a dummy run 1st just to check good luck...

sorry but it just got worse my wife (who bought the box ) receiced an email regardind getting a password so we followed the instructions and now we have xbmc but no Genesis or ftv guide or any other add ons and no box requesting me to input the pass word we were also supplied in the email .Hope you can help as when l first got our box up and running it was like l had re invented the wheel

Sorry to here this, go out of xbmc and go to android setting, look for apps then xbmc. Clear the data and wait for it to reach 0. Go back out and wait a few mins before going back int xbmc. Now open go to videos click on it and the wizard should be there. Click on it and enter your details. Now pic what skin you want, select it and let it load. It takes around 15mins,then click ok at the end then unplug the power cord wait a bit and plug in again. When you go back into xbmc wait around 10 to 25 mins so it can update the add-ons.
Hi great news its back tried one more time using the second wizard skin up date (the one on the right ) and all is back thanks so much for your help
