XBMC loads up then shuts down

Hello someone please help
I have been using xbmc since the weekend and working fine, went to use this morning and it oppened up then once loaded shut it self down. I have attempeted to load again and the same happened, rebooted droidbox and the same happned. Any help would be great,

Try to to clear XBMC cache, just follow the steps below,

1. From your Launcher Screen/Home, click "Settings"> then click More>then click Android Settings/or Advance Settings
2. Then Scroll down and find "Apps" and then click it
3. On the right of your screen, scroll down again and find "XBMC" and then click it
4. Then click "Clear Cache"
5. Go back to Launcher Screen/ Home and then try if XBMC is already working.
