Hi. Hope someone can help here. I have had my box for about a month and a half and all has been working fine with it until yesterday when I went to load XBMC. A new start up screen appeared and a message trying to load for first time (Gotham 13.2). The load up bar progresses across the screen and gets right to the end so it looks like it's loaded but then it fails to open and the box reverts to the home screen. I have tried a hard reboot and have also cleared the cache but neither have had an impact. This scenario just keeps repeating itself. Is anyone able to provide an explanation of what I need to do. I am a complete novice at this so as simple a description as possible would be appreciated.
