XBMC turns tv off in regular intervals

Hi
Just bought my second imx6 delighted with it.. BUT ... When I try and run Genesis, Istream or any of the other Add one inside XBMC it runs for about 10 minutes and then my tv turns off and back on again... This is pretty constant. Orgiginally thought was issue with peripherals.. So
- Changed HDMI ports
- Changed Cable
- Removed other peripheral

Nothing worked...
Ran showcase, filmon apps ... No problem at all

Side issue very often no streams found,and XBMC shuts down.

Any insights appreciated

Update - attached the IMX6 to a Samsung TV and no problem - so appears issue may be restricted to Sony TV's - go figure !

Maybe the Sony TV is set to sleep automatically if it thinks there is no activity? Perhaps have a look through the TV's settings for anything related to power saving.

Hi - no it wasn't but i found that setting the CEC off seems to have cured the problem
