Xbmc won't start

Hi had my box about 6 months now been great but recently it has been taking its time for xbmc to start tried clearing cache and have done new wizard update a couple of days ago. Now xbmc will not load at all

Clear the DATA in XBMC and re-run the Wizard, see https://droidbox.co.uk/blog/wizard-updated-2015-february/ for links/info about both.
If it happens again in the future, repeat the process, but at the very end, go to XBMC>System>Appearance>Skin: Confluence Customizable Mod and then switch to Confluence instead.
